Qualification and Skill Required For Green Ammonia, Solar Module Manufacturing :
This position requires an experienced professional with strong project management skills and technical expertise in the sector. The role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of the development of Green ammonia, Bio-methanol, e-Methanol, and Solar Module manufacturing plants to ensure successful and timely completion within budget and quality parameters.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare detailed project plans for enabling pre-project and pre-EPC award activities.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and permits at different project stages.
• Monitor EPC project progress, track key milestones, identify and evaluate project risks, develop/suggest mitigation plans, and report on project status to stakeholders.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure adherence to established targets.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including engineering teams, contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Resolve project-related issues, conflicts, and bottlenecks in a timely and effective manner.
• Monitor the performance of contractors and suppliers to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
• Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives as necessary.
• Address stakeholder concerns, maintain positive relationships, and ensure compliance with regulatory obligations.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress and performance.
• Professional certifications in project management tools would be an advantage.
Qualification and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – Mech / Chemical.
• 7 – 15 years Experience in Project Planning / PMO; preferably in Oil & Gas / Chemical Sector/ large industrial complex.
• Excellent project management skills, including scope management, scheduling, budgeting, and risk assessment.
• Expert / Proficient in using Planning tools like Primavera, P6, or MS Project in preparing project plans and analyzing critical paths.

• Develop L1, L2, L3 Schedule, Major commodity Curves, and Project S -Curves.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including engineering teams, contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Resolve project-related issues, conflicts, and bottlenecks in a timely and effective manner.
• Monitor the performance of contractors and suppliers to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
• Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives, as necessary.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and capture lessons learned for future projects.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress and performance.
Qualification and Experience :
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – Civil/Elec/Mech.
• 3 – 12 years Experience in Project Planning / PMO; preferably in Renewable Sector.
• Excellent project management skills, including scope management, scheduling, budgeting, and risk assessment.
• Expert / Proficient in using Planning tools like Primavera, P6, or MS Project and able to develop project L1/L2 and detailed L3 level project plans.
