Job description
- Experience in the Site master layout development preferably in Industrial projects.
- Experience in the review of civil, structural drawings.
- One point contact with consultant, contractors, and internal team for the project civil, Structural activities.
- Understand the internal team requirements and communicate the same to consultant from design perspective.
- Review drawings, tenders, and other deliverables from consultant with respect to internal requirement.
- Take necessary approvals from internal team and give go ahead to consultant for deliverables.
- Plan and discuss the procurement strategies with internal team and Consultant.
- Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
- Co-ordinate with Internal team and establish the effective communication amongst the team members.
- Identify the slippages/bottlenecks in the delivery schedule and bring to the notice to all concerned.
- Work with the Team to eliminate blockers.
- Maintain documentation and data management.
- Ensure standards and requirements are met as per the defined QAP.
- Understand Contractor’s query at site and communicate it to consultant to resolve the same.
- Drive the project towards successful completion.
Educational Qualifications
B.Tech (Civil)
Must have Civil Designing Experience
