Ayodhya- Lord Rama’s birthplace, has long held a great importance in Hinduism but the Pran Pratishtha ceremony has taken it to a whole new level. The city has become a magnet for devotees from all over the world. As per the recent stats, Ayodhya saw a staggering 1.7 crore devotees visiting by April 3rd this year, surpassed the visitor numbers of Mecca and Vatican City.
Till year 2019, a mere 5,000 devotees used to visit the sacred city whereas now, daily, approximately 2 lakh devotees visit the city to have a glimpse of Shri Ram Lala. This surge mirrors the profound devotion for Prabhu Shri Rama and his timeless principles of dharma, virtue, and devotion encapsulated in the Ramayana, which resonate more profoundly than ever in today’s world.

As spectacular as the city’s renovation has been, Ayodhya’s economic rebirth after Ram Lalla’s consecration is genuinely astonishing. Infrastructure improvements have made the holy place much more accessible, making pilgrims’ travels much easier. Furthermore, the emergence of star hotels and the expansion of small businesses have created employment opportunities, contributing to the socio-economic development of the region. Ayodhya’s economic transformation serves as a testament to the symbiotic relationship between spirituality and prosperity.
I am motivated by the possibility of integration and implementation within our company as I consider my experience in Ayodhya and its consequences for @AvaadaGroup. There is much to learn from Lord Rama’s life and character that we can use to our personal and professional lives. “दैहिक दैविक भौतिक तापा। राम राज नहिं काहुहि ब्यापा सब नर करहिं परस्पर प्रीती। चलहिं स्वधर्म निरत श्रुति नीती”
This translates to, “In the reign of Rama, individuals are free from physical, divine, or material suffering. Everyone engages in mutual respect and love, steadfastly following their righteous duties and the ethical guidelines of the scriptures.”
