2009
- Started journey with mission to improve energy access and help eradicate poverty from India
- First MoU of 40MW signed with Gujarat govt.
2011
- Started India’s first large-scale ground mounted 15 MW solar project in Gujarat
- Followed by first large-scale solar project in states of Rajasthan, AP, Karnataka & MP
2012-2013
- Commissioned Asia’s largest single location solar project of 55 MWp in RajasthanÂ
- Commissioned World’s 2nd largest single location solar project of 151 MWp in MP
2014-2015
- Collaboration with ADB ($ 50 million), DEG ($ 40 million) and GE as equity investors
- Partnered with GE and Gamesa to do third-party Wind EPC
2016
- Became India’s largest RE company (with 20% market share) with operational portfolio of ~1.2 GWp
- Provided successful exit to investors with sale of ~1.2 GWp portfolio
2019
Awarded pipeline ~2.2 GWp
Equity fund raise of US$ 150 Mn from Investors and Promoter’s family office
2021
Equity fund raise from GPSC – PTT Thailand, providing highest ever exits to previous shareholders

Issued AAA rated green bond in Indian domestic marker
First Green Hydrogen project conceptualized in Odisha

Secured US$ 1.0 Bn commitment from Brookfield
Fresh infusion by GPSC in RE

Commissioned 1.5 GW state-of-the-art Solar PV manufacturing Line at Noida
Inauguration of integrated cell and module facility in Nagpur
