Education

Empowering Minds, Enriching Lives

The link between education and personal income is undeniable. Education holds the power to open doors, provide opportunities, and change lives. As our organization continues to grow, it is imperative that we take on the responsibility of giving back to society in meaningful ways. It is our resolve to make quality education affordable and accessible to marginalized communities and enable future generations to drive critical change.

Initiatives

Fostering Lifelong learners

At Avaada, we are committed to nurturing lifelong learners by renovating hundreds of government schools, building toilets, ensuring safe water supply, and distributing hundreds of cycles to students. We support education through buses to schools, virtual classes in 66 schools, coaching and tuition centers, and our Avaada Community Development Centers, where IIT graduates and teachers provide subject-specific coaching to thousands of students. To further enrich learning, we organize educational trips, month-long summer camps, and workshops, while also offering Spoken English classes, the ‘Mind Opening Technique,’ teacher support, interactive boards, and a range of sports and creative activities.

Avaada has set up a state-of-the-art planetarium at Dongla, Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, in collaboration with the Acharya Varahamihir Nyas Trust, at the very site where the Tropic of Cancer passes. The planetarium was inaugurated by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Dr. Mohan Yadav, and stands as a landmark initiative to inspire curiosity, scientific learning, and astronomical exploration among students and communities.

At Avaada, we believe no student should hold back their aspirations due to financial constraints. We provide financial aid to students from vulnerable communities, covering school education and supporting talented aspirants through IIT coaching — many of whom are now pursuing engineering at prestigious colleges. Our dedicated coaching programs continue to guide future IIT achievers with the right mentorship and resources. Extending beyond academics, the Avaada Foundation enables hundreds of students to enroll in Industrial Training Institutes (ITI), equipping them with employable skills. Many graduates secure meaningful jobs, fostering rural employment and empowering communities across India.

In many rural areas, limited access to technology restricts opportunities for growth. Our Digital Literacy Centers bridge this gap by offering computer and coding classes that put students on equal footing with their urban peers. Through the Avaada Foundation Free Computer Centers and the Code Vidya Program — which compresses six years of advanced coding into just six months — thousands of students have learned advanced-level computer skills, enabling them to design websites and pursue careers in technology. Many students have already secured employment in private companies, reflecting the program’s transformative impact. We also provide teachers and a specially curated syllabus in government schools equipped with computers, while setting up new computer labs where needed, ensuring that technology-driven learning reaches every student.

Under the Utkrishta Shiksha Abhiyan, we provide a holistic approach to students’ overall development by focusing on moral values, ethics, and cultural awareness. As part of this initiative, we have built multiple libraries managed by dedicated teachers who narrate stories, encourage reading habits, and help students strengthen their reading skills. We also organize motivational speeches, storytelling sessions, and enactment of dramas that inspire students to think deeply and act responsibly. This comprehensive effort nurtures well-rounded individuals prepared to contribute positively to society.
