Job description

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive environmental health and safety policies and procedures for the Solar PV Module Manufacturing Plant.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify potential environmental and safety hazards, providing recommendations for preventive measures.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable local and national environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain proper waste management, pollution control, and emergency response systems.
• Monitor and report on key environmental performance indicators, such as waste generation, greenhouse gas emissions, and energy consumption.
• Develop and implement training programs to raise employee awareness of environmental health and safety practices and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential environmental and safety issues and ensure adherence to established protocols.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, prepare detailed reports, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
• Coordinate with relevant regulatory agencies to ensure timely reporting, permit renewals, and compliance with applicable laws.
• Stay up to date with emerging environmental health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Continuously promote a culture of sustainability, environmental responsibility, and safety across the organization.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering/Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field. A Master’s degree would be a plus.
• Degree/Diploma from RLI/CLI is a must.
• Certification in Environmental Management Systems (e.g., ISO 14001) and Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001) is required.
• Proven experience as an Environment Health & Safety professional in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the Solar PV or renewable energy industry.
• In-depth knowledge of local and national environmental regulations and standards, specifically related to Solar PV Module Manufacturing.

Solar Module Manufacturing Experience and Degree/Diploma from RLI/CLI is a must

Job description

1. Cost Management: Develop and implement robust costing strategies for solar modules and their components, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
2. Direct and Indirect Costing: Oversee all aspects of direct and indirect costing processes, including material, labor, overheads, and any other relevant costs.
3. Financial Analysis and Reporting: Provide detailed financial analysis and regular reporting on production costs, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
4. Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for production costs, aligning them with the company’s financial goals and objectives.
5. Pricing Strategy: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop pricing strategies that reflect the cost of production and market trends.
6. Cost Auditing: Conduct regular audits of costing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and standards.
7. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance cost efficiency in the manufacturing of solar modules.
8. Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of costing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
9. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including procurement, production, and R&D, to ensure cohesive cost management across the company.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CMA, CPA)

At least 20 years of experience in costing, with significant experience in solar modules and component costing

Civil Head

Job description

  • Experience in the Site master layout development preferably in Industrial projects.
  • Experience in the review of civil, structural drawings.
  • One point contact with consultant, contractors, and internal team for the project civil, Structural activities.
  • Understand the internal team requirements and communicate the same to consultant from design perspective.
  • Review drawings, tenders, and other deliverables from consultant with respect to internal requirement.
  • Take necessary approvals from internal team and give go ahead to consultant for deliverables.
  • Plan and discuss the procurement strategies with internal team and Consultant.
  • Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
  • Co-ordinate with Internal team and establish the effective communication amongst the team members.
  • Identify the slippages/bottlenecks in the delivery schedule and bring to the notice to all concerned.
  • Work with the Team to eliminate blockers.
  • Maintain documentation and data management.
  • Ensure standards and requirements are met as per the defined QAP.
  • Understand Contractor’s query at site and communicate it to consultant to resolve the same.
  • Drive the project towards successful completion.
